The dramatic growth of resort towns across America has caused massive housing shortages for the local residents. While most people only travel to these one-of-a-kind destinations for a temporary getaway, the permanent residents and seasonal employees who support these communities are struggling to find housing. Other mountain towns are doing the same.

We have just recently formed as of 7/19/2021. But our roots go back to spring of 2021 and even further. Find out our story. We're not alone, other mountain towns are now doing it too.
Our Mission
In many cases we can just connect renters to Homeowners without a grant. Homeowners do not know where to turn. No strings attached policy, we can find a qualified tenant and the home owner can back out at any time!
