How does it work
We do all the leg work for free no commitments from you. We have a list of qualified local professionals that we have performed background checks, credit checks and rental history on. We do need you to sign a contract with Resort Rentals in town which just allows them to show your home to prospective renters. If you decide to back out, we will pay the cancellation fee on your behalf. We also pay the application fee of the possible renters. If we find a match then we also pay the Resort Rentals team to put together a California Association of Realtors 1 year lease together for you. In most cases, this would cost you the first month rent; however we have been able to get this done much cheaper and we pay for it for you.
And now were done, if you want to self manage the full time lease you can, or you can choose any property manager you want. We have worked with Resort Rentals and they have agreed to do the management for 10%. But it is up to you who you choose.

Venmo will be issuing 1099's in 2025. How does this affect your cleaners? Are you already issuing 1099's to cleaners? Is your cleaner an employee already. Protect yourself.
Do we manage homes.
We do not provide any management nor do we collect any fees at any time for this service. We are completely a non profit and 100% of all funds that are collected currently are used to help renters. We do not have any salaries as of 7/26/2022. Are you interested in volunteering for us.
